A Rare & Gentle Thing - Original Art

Working from her studio in the Byron hinterland, Jordy creates dreamlike paintings - instantly transporting the viewer to another world.

Jordy's pieces are like visual diaries, layered with dynamic marks and meaningful motifs. They are celebratory by nature, reflecting a colourful optimism and joie de vivre.

This original work, A Rare & Gentle Thing, is an abstract biographical portrait based on Dolly Parton: her life, loves and lyrics.

The piece is signed on the back and comes framed in Tasmanian Oak, ready to hang, with a certificate of authenticity included.

Original art: Acrylic paint and mixed media on canvas

Canvas dimensions: 77 x 103 x 4cm (pls add a few cm's for framing)
